Description
The Client Service Account Executive (CSAE) provides exceptional service to our clients by facilitating communication and project work between the clients and the Client Service Team as well as helping to implement the client's media strategy.
The primary focus for the CSAE is the maintenance of business relationships with clients. This individual manages the execution of the specific project work for clients. The CSAE responds to and helps diagnose problems through discussion with users and assists Client Service Managers (CSMs) with project workloads.
Under direct supervision, the CSAE's responsibilities include:
- Assisting with all aspects of implementation of assigned projects for a variety of clients.
- Learning and obtaining an in-depth understanding of the client's business, business rules, and business processes. The CSAE is also directly engaged in the client's business process tasks as they relate to the BrandMuscle solution.
- Expanding the client relationship through proactive and innovative project management, driving internal contacts to ensure timely deliverables to the client.
- Providing support and assistance to the Client Service Manager (CSM).
- Interfacing with all areas affecting projects for the client including end users, Product Development and Client Service.
- Providing ongoing feedback and assessment of project status and issues to Client Service and Product Development teams, ensuring that communication of client project status and associated issues continue to flow.
- Recommending and taking action to assist in the analysis and solutions of client issues and problems in the best interest of both the client and BrandMuscle.
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables.
- Testing for quality assurance.
- Assisting in the setup and execution of training sessions.
- Coaching new users through the post-training learning and acclimation process.
- Implementing data changes requested by the client.
- Assisting support desk with call volume and escalated calls.
- Coordinating a variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Some travel.
Advertising industry knowledge, commitment to client service required.
Must be available for a flexible work schedule to accommodate clients on advertising deadlines.
Self-starter, ability to work without direct supervision.
Must be thoroughly computer literate and able to learn new software quickly.
Strong organization and communication skills a must.
Experience
One or two years of advertising, marketing or customer service experience desired.

Graphic Production ArtistStudio/Client Service

Description
BrandMuscle employs a graphics studio team. Utilizing the creative provided by its clients and their agencies, the graphics team develops template layouts within our proprietary technology solution. These ad templates allow system end users to create a variety of custom advertising materials.
The Graphics Coordinator (GC) is an entry level, on-site position. Typically, a coordinator is assigned to multiple clients and is responsible for developing and testing templates and coordinating projects with members of the client service (account management) and product development teams. A coordinator is normally paired with a senior member of the graphics studio team for guidance, mentorship and cross-training.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Management of graphics studio projects for assigned clients or internal projects.
Skill Sets
Required business skills:
Ability to plan, manage and independently track project assignments; ability to work on multiple projects for multiple clients in a deadline-driven environment; ability to work in a team environment with regards to workload and knowledge sharing; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to identify issues, define causes, document resolutions and implement solutions.
Required technical skills:
Familiarity with Adobe applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Acrobat Distiller), Quark XPress and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to work on both Mac and PC operating systems; some experience with HTML, Dreamweaver and/or Flash is helpful.
